Wishful Secret by Ruchika Motwani ("we", "us") runs this website. This page explains what information we collect, why, and how we keep it safe.
1. Information you give us
When you fill the booking form we collect your name, WhatsApp number and the problem or questions you write. We use this only to prepare your report or consultation and to contact you about it. After payment we may also ask for birth details through a separate form.
2. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. We only receive the payment ID and amount to confirm your booking.
3. Cookies and analytics
- We store a random visitor ID and visit ID in your browser (cookies / localStorage) to understand how many people visit, which pages and sections they see, and which buttons they click. These IDs do not contain your name or number.
- We do not store your IP address. For security (spam and abuse protection) we only keep a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of it.
- We use Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure our ads. When you book, Meta may receive your WhatsApp number in a hashed (scrambled) form so we can measure which ads led to a booking.
4. Who can see your data
Only Wishful Secret's team can see your form details. We do not sell your information. It is shared only with the services listed above (Razorpay, Google, Meta, and our hosting provider) to run this website.
5. How long we keep it
Booking details are kept as long as needed to provide the service and for our records. Website visit statistics are deleted automatically after about 13 months.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing us. You can also clear cookies in your browser or block them.
